Where are you located?
Regina House Plans is the construction design consultancy subsidiary of Regina Group, Inc., a United States registered corporation. We work with a diverse team of professionals across the world with a significant presence in Africa.
What do your design packages typically contain? Do your design packages meet my local building requirements ?
Our designs were designed to meet industry standard building codes when they were drawn. Many countries, states, or municipalities may have their own specific building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements and as a result of the variety of code requirements, we do not guarantee that our plans will meet your local requirements. You may be required to make modifications to your house plans with us or a professional of your choice to meet local requirements. As the purchaser/project owner, it is your responsibility to ensure that the plans you secure plans comply with all applicable building codes, are suitable for a particular construction site, and obtain the all required permits before construction begins. We have no control over the selection of your builder or other local professionals, thus we cannot be responsible for the advice or assistance you receive from them or the methods they use.
Can I view a house plan before purchasing it?
You will only get access to the full set of drawings after purchasing a particular house plan.
What is your return policy?
Given the digital nature of our plans, all plan purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges shall be done. We strongly encourage you to contact us with any questions and ensure you have chosen the best plan to suit your needs prior to purchasing plans.
What should I expect once payment is made?
It normally takes from a few minutes to a maximum of 1 hour to have your order delivered to your email. We may ask you to provide extra information if required by our Payment Gateways to provide you with your ordered drawings.
What are plan set options? Does the purchaser own copyright to the plans?
The copyright to the plan is retained by the original designer. The plan licensed to you cannot be used by or resold to any other individual. For more information on copyright visit our copyright notice.
